My precious Ella Chanel Sandu was born on Friday, August 27th at 7:37am. She weighed 9 lbs 6 oz and is 21 inches long. Due to some complications we had to remain at the hospital for the last week, but are home and happy now. We are enchanted by her sweet and soft countenance and are completely in love. I can’t wait to share more with you! Thank you for your prayers and wishes.

I must say I still love the simplicity of your photos. I know there are several baby photographers that go crazy with the props and I admire that in its own way, but there is just something so beautiful about these minimal images!

Once this little one was fast asleep it didn’t take long to set up sweet poses like this one. I love how his leg is just sweetly hanging down like on a tree branch. And I couldn’t believe he actually fit on those folded towels!

The sweet mom of two was such a pleasure to meet and work with (did I mention she is also gorgeous!?). Her little man took a little coaxing to fall into dreamy sleep, but her patience, gentleness and sweet countenance just amazed me. And even through it all, Jameson was just precious and perfect. There is more to come!

This creamy little one was such a great sport for his newborn session, especially at almost 4 weeks old! I had an amazing time getting to know this great new family and celebrating such a handsome boy. Oh, and that big smile he gave me just melted my heart completely!

It was very difficult to give away this beauty to my clients… I photographed it so at least I can remember how beautiful it was! (might have something to do with the fact that this newborn baby girl was absolutely precious and rounded out a very good looking family!)

I had one of those bright eyed newborns last week. It amazes me how some can stay awake for so long! At 1 week old he would lift his head up on while on his stomach, crazy.

I see how easy it is to fall in love with beauties such as these. Watching them sleep so sweetly is precious. The more newborns I photograph lately the more I can’t wait for my little Ella to arrive. I keep telling her to practice her cute sleepy poses for her first photo session!

Meg, wow Ella is precious. What a perfect gift from the Lord. We’ve never met but I do believe we go to the same church. Anyhow I so enjoy admiring the work you do and all of these sweet little ones-they bring joy to any day.
