Sunday Stacks
June 29, 2009
It’s funny how I’ve found myself getting creative with food photography lately. Maybe it’s because when I was young every time my dad and I cooked together he would take a photo of the finished product… or me proudly behind it
I also like the control with lighting… everything can be white if I want it too! lol. Small thoughts for a Happy Monday
I’m going back to the gym this week… you all know how that goes! So toast to a breakfast of champions and the start to another great week!

Lollipop Lollipop
June 26, 2009
Friday’s are lovely, especially when there is a winner for a blog contest. Thank you for all your great comments on the Cereal Game Contest! Kids say the funniest things. So I put each of your names on a piece of paper and I mixed them all up on my couch (all with my eyes closed of course) and randomly chose one… and the winner is Jessi!
Her comment, “L: “Bunny rabbit creols.”
Translation: Trix! Creols is how he says cereal… silly boy. Betting he would love a lollipop.
”
Congratulations! Please e-mail me your contact information so we can arrange a pick-up or a ship.
Coming next week… I have taken the plunge and will be doing a weekend challenge (Idea by Short and Sweet and Tara Whitney) of the 5 things I am grateful for. Expect some pretties and some yummies
Hope you will be thinking about what you are grateful for as well… have a great weekend!

One of these beautiful days I hope to have this little Stocky Lamb sitting next to my llama on the shelf. What is it about these magical stuffed wonders? Also, just to put this out there for any Steiff affiliates… would be great to do a giveaway with one of these!
(sometimes you just have to say it for the wheels to start turning!)
P.S. Cereal Game contest winner will be announced tomorrow!!

I just wanted to post this tribute to Shabby Chic… which has closed it’s stores (still available in Target). Let’s toast to the introduction of the slip covered couch and dreamy visions of white! We all owe a LOT of our decorating style ideas to this amazing woman’s work.
P.S. Been LOVING the cereal game comments! I will be choosing a winner at random on June 30th so get your entry in soon and you could win a gourmet Hammond’s Candies Lollipop!

Nursery Magic
June 22, 2009
I have officially become obsessed with this white baby nursery! Call it the creative pre-prego nesting perhaps? Or just the fact that I love everything white and everything baby… because that is what I do! Found here, I call this simply magic. Inspired I have taken three pieces of furniture out back to the garage to paint… yes… white! I’ll be there all day, lol

Lavender Farm
June 21, 2009
Ok, the Lavender Farm was neat, but only because of these cuties running around in the field! What you don’t know is that in this last photograph I have a series of four photos, each face getting funnier
Lol! Was a beautiful day.

P.S. She likes to eat lettuce
P.P.S. The Cereal Game contest is STILL going… I know there are more of you out there with some great things to share
